Horrible customer service

I Ordered a couch and a love seat October 2012. Did not receive my order untill February 2013. The Couch was damaged. Still have not got anything done to get fixed. Customer service lies to you and tells you what they think you want to hear and then get anything done. Asked to talk to CEO Peter Goldenstein. Said he doesn't talk to customers. That tells me a lot about what kind of a company he runs. I spent hours and hours just to get my order delivered. I wonder if it would have ever been delivered had I not called. This company does not stand up to it's mission statement.

Sofas and Loveseats

Bought a Franklin sofa & lovseat set. Short story items cam damaged by the delivery guys. they did not want to take it back and so they left it assuring the company will send another. Nothing is further from the truth. In fact it's been over 4mos from the time I bought it and they have yet fixed anything. They can't even get the parts mailed to my house in a timely manner. If and when they do send a local tech out. it's some fly by nite repair company with no company car or proper indentification coming into your house. Wasted time on calls,back and forth emails, they claim they change staffing so you would have to start the whole process over. I will be filing legal documentation against this company. Folks should consider a class action lawsuit against these scammers. I will also request that the media do a story on these people to expose their true colors to unexpecting future consumers. ((((DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY))))

I too was delivered a badly manufactured sofa. It leans to the left because of a manufacturing defect.

It does not open or close like a reclining sofa is supposed to. The tech came to my house and told me he would get me a new one, the company said I refused to have the sofa repaired. The manufacturer stopped calling me because I filed formal complaints with state agencies in three different states trying to get some help. one in NY for the repair service who refused to give me a copy of the report,one for the warranty service who refused to honor the warranty, one for the retailer (sofasandsectionals) for refusing to rectify the situation.

This company is God awful. Avoid them like the plague!

Delivery of defective furniture

Do not buy from this company, they are not reputable! Please see my comments on previous page. Let a word to the wise be sufficient! They sell broken and defective furniture. Lane no longer stands behind their products.The lack of customer service will drive you crazy. They do not care and they do not respond to problems in a timely manner because they know there is no one to correct them. The laws do not apply...This has been a learning experience for me. The old adage applies "If it seems too good to be true , it probably is!".
